The Girl

Kino Makoto is considered to be tomboyish, strong, and the fighter of the Inner Planet soldier.  While she is all that, she is in reality so much more.  Makoto wants to overcome her tomboyish tendencies and show people the beautiful lady she is on the inside.  When Makoto first came to Juuban, everyone was sure that she had transferred there because of fights.  Really, it was because of a bad break up, but more than that, a sense of premonition and destiny.

Makoto is a kind, beautiful girl.  Usagi says she's like a big sister and she's very protective of her friends.  Everyone asks Makoto for advice because well, it's very good advice! and also because she's so understanding.  She can read people's true feelings.  She loves cooking and cooking for other people especially.  I think she loves to play hostess since she does it *soooo* often ^_^  Makoto also loves plants and her favourite flower is the sasanqua.  Her hobby is shopping!

Makoto has lived alone for a long time, since her parents died in a plane crash.  That's why she's afraid of even a commercial for air fares!  Whenever one comes on, she'll jump behind the curtains until it's over.

Makoto dreams of becoming a bride, then being a florist or work in a cake shop.  One of her other dreams is to spend a carefree lifetime in a rose garden with a loved one.  A desire she has that she tells no one about is that she wants to be beautiful like Michiru and strong like Haruka.  She admires them very much and looks up to them.

She acts a little masculine sometimes, but she is really very feminine.  When Usagi first bumped into Makoto, she noticed her rose earrings (they smell like perfume! ^_^)  She seems to always be at war with what people see on the outside, and who she really is on the inside, and her desire for people to see the real Makoto.

The Soldier of Protection

Sailorjupiter was the third soldier to join Sailormoon to help her complete her mission.  That being, to find the Moon Princess and the Ginzuishou, and protect them both.  Jupiter feels that this is her destiny and takes the role proudly.

As a fighter, Jupiter is strong, the strongest of the Inner Planet soldier based on brute strength alone.  Her powers are also incredibly powerful.  They deal in the element of lightning and in her first battle with Nephrite, Jupiter killed him in one attack.  She hates feeling helpless and powerless because she feels she must protect all of her friends all the time from everything and anything.
